Saturday - Jan 22, 2011
So yay, I finished a week of my first iphone photo blog. How fun. Hopefully I don't waste all my space on this. I'd go celebrate, but, I'm at work. And I'm bored out of my mind. I mean, who works on Saturdays? Banks get a half day, mailman comes all late, & a lot of call centers close for the weekend, so you can't call in for any technical help if need be. But why do I have to work?? This is bullocks! Well, there' is a positive side to working on Saturdays. That being, you get a weekday off instead of a weekend day. Now to most that would seem like a sour deal, but if you take a moment to think about it, it's not so bad.
Things I can do on a weekday that I cannot do on a weekend:
1) run errands
2) visit normal bank hours or possibly go into the lobby if need be
3) need to call some karma loop because my order isn't here yet
4) go to TX State for some counseling
5) visit a friend at work or have a lunch date
6) no traffic when running errands or in the grocery store
7) mailbox office is open
8) I can go to school!
Man, I can go on for days. But yea, I actually work Fri, Sat & Sun, so I never really have a weekend. Still love the schedule though. Maybe you should give it some thought. Depending on what you do at your job, it may be slower, or normal paced. Usually not more unless you're in the service industry. Til Tuesday comes around... "thanks for calling in, how can I help you on this beautiful evening?"
